on Park Avenue South and the acquisition and long-term lease of 50 and 52 Broadway comprising over 700,000 square feet of office space.
This was the largest real estate transaction in the United States for the first quarter 2002.
Avram has consummated over 2 million square feet of industrial product
throughout the U. S..
